First, the company's main products, raw and auxiliary materials and energy
1, the company's main products are: water treatment agent aluminum sulfate, polyaluminum chloride, food additive alum, reagent sulfuric acid.
2, the main raw materials used in production are: sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, aluminum hydroxide, calcium aluminate, potassium sulfate.
3, the energy used in production is: water, electricity, steam (only the production of polyaluminum chloride using steam). In 2009, the company built a 10-ton boiler and a 6-ton boiler. Since 2012, the company has used the waste heat steam produced by Hunan Hengguang Chemical Co., Ltd. in the park to produce sulfuric acid. Two boilers were discontinued as backup, and a 6-ton boiler was dismantled in 2016.
Second, the "three wastes" generation and management situation
1. Waste gas generation and treatment
(1) When the reaction process of aluminum sulfate and alum workshop is relieved after the reaction, the water steam discharged from the reactor carries a trace amount of sulfuric acid fog (because the sulfuric acid is diluted with water to about half of the original concentration of dilute sulfuric acid, the volatility is poor, so the amount of sulfuric acid fog in the discharged water steam is very small).
Treatment measures: the water vapor discharged during the reaction pressure relief is absorbed into the tank, the water vapor is condensed into liquid water, and the trace sulfuric acid mist carried by the water vapor is absorbed by the condensed water in the tank. The absorbed water in the tank is regularly put into the batching tank of the reaction process as a dissolved aluminum hydroxide, and then tap water is added to the tank.
(2) The crushing and packaging process of aluminum sulfate products produces dust tail gas.
Treatment measures: After collection and treatment by a bag dust collector, the 15 meters high exhaust cylinder is discharged to meet the standard, and the collected dust is packaged into products.
(3) The water vapor discharged from the polyaluminum chloride reactor contains a trace of hydrochloric acid acid fog (because the hydrochloric acid in the reaction is diluted with water to about half of the original concentration of hydrochloric acid, its volatility is poor, so the amount of hydrochloric acid acid fog in the discharged water vapor is very small).
Treatment measures: After the exhaust gas of the discharged water steam is collected by the gas collection device, it is condensed into the condenser and absorbed by the water washing spray tower and the lye absorption tower, and then discharged by the 20 meter high exhaust cylinder.
(4) polyaluminum chloride spray drying (only the production of drinking water polyaluminum chloride products use this drying method, and the production of other types of polyaluminum chloride uses roller steam drying) process hot blast furnace produces sulfur dioxide and smoke waste gas
Treatment measures: After the waste gas is treated by the wet desulfurization dust collector, it is discharged by the 40m-high chimney.
2) Wastewater generation and treatment
(1) Aluminum sulfate workshop production does not produce any process wastewater, cleaning ground or equipment waste water collection and recovery for the reaction process batching (dissolved alumina hydroxide), steel strip crystallization cooling water recycling is not discharged.
(2) A very small amount of uncrystallized alum liquid in the crystallizing tank of the alum workshop, washing water of the washing crystal and the cleaning wastewater of the production process are all collected into the mother liquor tank, after settlement, the wastewater in the pool (mother liquor) is used as a reaction process to prepare aluminum hydroxide and potassium sulfate, and when the impurities in the mother liquor are too high, it is sent into the aluminum sulfate workshop to be used as ingredients.
(3) The press filtration process of the polyaluminum chloride workshop produces filter cloth wastewater, the drum drying process produces steam condensate, and each process produces cleaning ground wastewater. All of these wastewater are collected and used as reaction ingredients, and the desulfurization and dust removal wastewater from the tail gas of the hot blast furnace is recycled and not discharged.
(4) The domestic sewage is treated by the septic tank and sent to Songmu sewage treatment Plant for treatment.
The products produced by our company are water purification agents and food additives. The waste water produced in the production does not involve heavy metals and other toxic and harmful substances, and the pollution factors in the waste water are only suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand and petroleum. A small amount of waste water produced in the production and the waste water produced by washing the ground are all collected into the waste water tank, and then all return to the reaction process as ingredients. The wastewater discharged by the company is actually domestic sewage, and after treatment, it is sent to the park sewage network and sent to the Songmu sewage treatment plant for treatment, and the daily discharge is 80-90 tons.
3) Production and management of solid waste
(1) Our products aluminum sulfate, alum, reagent sulfuric acid production process does not produce any solid waste. At present, aluminum sulfate and alum are produced using aluminum hydroxide as raw materials, and no solid waste is generated in the production process.
(2) When aluminum hydroxide is used as raw material and elemental aluminum is used as base regulator to produce aluminum chloride for drinking water in the polyaluminum chloride workshop, no waste residue is produced. When bauxite is used as raw material and calcium aluminate as base regulator to produce polyaluminum chloride for water treatment, a small amount of waste residue is produced. In 2008, the construction of bauxite as raw materials for the production of aluminum sulfate production equipment now only produce a small amount of aluminum sulfate solution supply production of powdered alum (a small amount of monthly, about 400 tons), in the production process produced a small amount of waste slag, the above two processes generated waste are general industrial solid waste, non-toxic and harmless, its main components are silicon oxide, calcium oxide, calcium oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum oxide. Used as a production building material (production of cement and brick), not exported.
(3) Centralized collection of domestic waste and transfer to the municipal sanitation department for treatment.
The company is now trying to use aluminum hydroxide instead of bauxite to produce polyaluminum chloride for water treatment, after the successful production of this process, there is no solid waste generated in the production process.

4、 Initial emission rights indicators for major pollutants
Chemical oxygen demand is 10 tons, ammonia nitrogen is 1 ton, sulfur dioxide is 150 tons, and nitrogen oxide is 36.23 tons.
5、 Environmental Impact Assessment of New Projects
The company entrusted Hunan Nonferrous Metals Research Institute to carry out environmental impact assessment on the proposed new production project of 50000 tons of high-efficiency water treatment agent. The environmental impact report passed the review on November 21, 2016, and Hengyang Environmental Protection Bureau replied to the environmental impact report of the project on March 29, 2017 (document number: HHF [2017] No. 31).
