Sponsored by the Inorganic Acid-based Salts Professional Committee of China Chemical Society, hosted by Tianjin Chemical Research & Design Institute of CNOOC, and co-hosted by Inner Mongolia Erdos Circular Economy Technology Development Co., Ltd., 2013 national aluminum salt production and application technology exchange conference was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia during August 9-12, 2013.
Chairman of Hengyang Jianheng Industries Co., Ltd., He Zhaohui, led the mainly technical staff to participate in the conference, and addressed the conference as head of the professional team of aluminum salts; deputy marketing manager, He Qingfeng, gave a report titled “A discussion on the industrial automation of aluminum sulfate production”.
The conference’s theme is to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, promote industrial restructuring, transformation and upgrading. At the conference, exchanges and discussion on the hot spots and difficulties in the aluminum salt industry, such as, the development and innovation in the areas of industrial policies, market prices, technology, application, and the ways for water treatment agent manufacturers to optimize process routes, promote technological innovation and enhance market competitiveness after the latest national standard for “poly aluminum chloride for drinking water” is put into implementation.
Participants of the meeting are the R&D, production, and application (in the paper, water, sewage, printing and dyeing industries) units engaged in the production of aluminum salts (including aluminum sulfate, poly aluminum chloride, polymerization ferric chloride, polyaluminum silicate chloride, polysilicate aluminium sulphate, aluminum hydroxide, aluminum potassium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and aluminum ammonium calcium, etc.), as well as the manufacturers of related chemical equipment (filtration and separation, drying, anti-corrosion). This conference can be reckoned as a grand gathering of China’s aluminum enterprises.
